OMD2: Days 26-30
I was looking forward to the bridal nails just to do something soft and delicate. I used Sinful Colors Cupids Arrow and WnW French White creme to stamp. I LOVE LOVE how this turned out and wore it for a few days.
I had no clue what to do for the outdoors theme so I went with a sky and birds flying. I used the new Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow (which isn't mellow at all) and Ice Tint. The birds were done with WnW Black Creme and the clouds were done with a random white that was in arms reach.
For my nautical nails I used Sinful Colors Hot Hot heat, China Glaze Up all night and a random white that was in arms reach.
Same colors as above but with a Pure Ice glitter on my pinky.
I used the black and white Sinful Shine polishes.
OMD2: Days 22-25
I've always wanted to try a feather mani. I've been collecting feathers for awhile just never got around to doing it. I don't think this will be my last feather mani, but maybe only on one nail. I used the original Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow.
Negative space was something new for me too, I didn't use too much negative space there's a hint of it. I don't remember the exact polishes used for this design.
I love these grapes I did. Grapes were my favorite doodle to draw when I was younger. Why did I wait so long to put grapes on my nails. It was only fitting that I used Revlon Grape.
In my head I envisioned these roses turning out different but for my first time, I think they came out alright.
OMD2: Days 16-20
On Day 16 the prompt was glitter placement. I used 2 coats of Sinful Colors Real Teal and as my accent a Mickey glitter and some hexagonal glitters.
Day 17 was pretty much a fail but I went with it. It's supposed to be a galaxy. I tried to use different colors (recycled colors from day 16) but it didn't turn out right. So it's abstract galaxy. Yeah, I'm reaching.
Day 18 was pretty easy, a simple dotticure. I can't remember which yellow I used but I wanna say it was Sinful Colors Solar Flux and dotted with with Color Club New Bohemian.
Day 20 chevrons - I tried to recreate the Chevron icon from the gas station. It bought back memories of my childhood, riding to the Chevron gas station with my dad to fill up the car and sneak some french fries.

OMD2: Days 11-14
Instead of trying to catch up with individual posts for OMD2, I'll group them together. Individual posts were done on Instagram anyways.
Day 11 was rainbows, I've done several rainbow themed manicures so I wanted to do something I haven't done already. I decided to stamp rainbows in rainbow colors. The only 4 polishes I know I used for this was WnW White Creme, Revlon Grape, Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow (new) and China Glaze It's a Trapeze.
Day 12 was 3D and also the day my boyfriend's niece had her daughter. For the occasion, I wore Revlon Girly and Rimmel Wild Orchid. I used some rhinestones I picked up from Dollar Tree.
Day 13 was my first attempt at ikat I used all elf polishes with the exception of white and black.
Day 14 was funky french I did Mickey ears as my French tip and topped it with China Glaze Fairy Dust which I received from Casey for my birthday.

OMD2 Day 31 - Your signature style
Hey everyone, this is the end of the OMD2 challenge, I wanted to post saying I successfully made it through the challenge. Unfortunately towards the end I got weighed down with class, work and my birthday that I missed 5 days of the challenge. I plan to makeup those 5 days before August 4. On Instagram I got every day posted on it's proper day, I just didn't get it posted to my blog. Next year, I'll make a better attempt at that.
However, I did get day 31 done on July 31 (and posted to instagram) so that makes me feel a little better. The last prompt of this challenge was your signature style. My signature style is rather simple as it is just pink and glitter.
I'm wearing China Glaze Float On and United.

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by Nature (OMD2 - Day 21)
Hey everyone, I've been a little busy taking a class and balancing an 8 hour work day too. Yesterday I had a horrible headache and toothache plus homework. Needless to say, I didn't get a chance to do today's theme inspired by nature. I didn't want to not post anything so I'm stretching the theme and using yesterday's OMD theme of animal print because animals are found in nature.... Yea it's a stretch. Please be sure to check out my fellow Twinsies for actual nails inspired by nature.
Bonus points for me, my instructor and class mate commented these nails last night. :)

OMD2 Day 9 - Jelly
Hey everyone, Happy Wednesday! Today's theme is jelly and I wanted to finally try a pond manicure. I've seen this done by a few bloggers I follow by credit goes to Olive View Fashion. My first design I did is Mickey heads using a dotting tool. Sinful Colors Bianca isn't necessarily a "jelly" but it does apply sheer and is squishy. This is 3 layers of Bianca and Mickey heads.

OMD2 - Day 8: Shimmer/Twinsie Tuesday: Stripes
Happy Tuesday everyone!! I'm combining my Twinsie Tuesday with OMD2. The theme for TT is stripes and for OMD2 is shimmer. First let's take a look at my very first Cult Nails swatch, this is two coats of Angel Wings. My my what a beautiful soft pink shimmer. It wasn't difficult to apply and dries like a texture polish.
Next I dug in my drawer to find a shimmer that matched to add stripes. I decided on Sinful Colors Cinderella. I think these two colors compliment each other nicely.

OMD2 - Day 7: holographic
Hey everyone, I hope your Monday was good. Mine was decent, pretty much the same as always.
Today's prompt was holographic. Lucky for me, I just received my birthday swap gift from Anna at Goingtotheshowing. She sent me Color Club Cloud Nine. It's so stunning in the bottle, I stared at it for awhile. I used two coats without a base coat. Then I used Sinful Colors Whipped to make dots. I filled those dots in with Cloud Nine. I LOVE how this turned out. Thank you so much Anna.

OMD2 - Day 6: Duochrome
Hey everyone, today's prompt is duochrome. I started with 3 coats of OPI Just spotted the Lizard. Next I added Mickey heads and dots using Sinful Shine Dark Room and finished by adding a touch of Sally Hansen Bronze Ablaze. I was going for a mix of cheetah/leopard spots and Mickey heads but it just looks like dots and Mickey heads. Either way, I like how it turned out.

OMD2 Day 5: dark
So today's prompt is opposite of yesterday which is dark. I decided to use Sinful Colors Whipped and did a half moon using Pure Ice Sparks Fly.

OMD2 Day 4: bright
Happy 4th of July everyone! I hope you had a great day with families and friends. I sure did.
Today's prompt is bright. I went with one of the brightest polishes I have, Sinful Colors Pink. Pink is my staple summer polish, especially on my toes. I then added LA Colors Fruity, which is hexagonal neon glitters in a clear base. My last step was to add some lines using LA Color stripers in Limon, Yellow and Flamingo. I really like how this turned out.

OMD2 - day 3: Lavender
Day 3 is lavender. I was inspired by niece4's shirt. I did a gradient and stamped over it. I started with Sinful Colors Sweet Tooth then sponged on Rimmel Wild Orchid. I stamped using Wet n Wild French White Creme.

OMD2 - Day 2: coral
Hey everyone, it's day 2 of the OMD2 challenge. I combined a few corals for today's nails. I started with Sinful Colors Orange Cream, stamped with Wet n Wild Love me Some Muscles and added a french tip with Pure Ice Twinkle. At first, I didn't like how it came out but I like how it looks in pictures.

OMD2 - Day 1: Mint
Hey everyone, it's July! This month I'm participating in the 2nd OMD nail art challenge. Here's a look at the prompts and my first entry to the challenge/giveaway.
I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors Sheer then used striping tape to make triangles. I filled in the space with Sally Hansen Mint Tint. The last picture is Mint Tint by itself.
