Twinsie Tuesday: Endometriosis Awareness

Endometriosis is a hormonal and immune system disease in which cell grows outside the uterine cavity, causing extreme pain and infertility. This female reproductive disease affects approximately 1 in 10 women worldwide. Today, the Twinsie Tuesday girls are wearing yellow to bring awareness to this debilitating disease.

I started with Sinful Colors On the Bright Side. Once that was dry, I stamped using BP-26 and Sinful Shine Wisp. Once that was dry I added Sinful Colors Yellow Spotted, let that dry and added more ribbons. My pinky is China Glaze Ray-diant.

Sinful Colors Yellow Out There

Before work this morning I decided to stop at Walgreens to see if they had a summer display for Wet n Wild All access collection,  which is limited edition. Sadly I was disappointed because they did not have nor did they know what I was talking about. :( That's typically my luck with Wet n Wild LE collections.

However, I did spot Sinful Colors' summer display and snagged a few of those although I was tempted to get them all but I stopped myself, this time. There's 3 collections: Simmer Down, Chill Out and Turn up the Heat.

My first to share is Yellow Out There. (I'm not sure which collection it's from.) It's a sheer yellow with tiny holo bar glitters and micro gold glitters. I layered it over Sally Hansen Insta-dri Lightening.

Flounder (inspired) Nails!

 This manicure started because Day 15 of #photoadayJune is yellow. Of course, I decided to do yellow nails. I used Sinful Colors Firefly over 2 coats of Sally Hansen White On. This yellow is really pretty but I wish I didn't have to work so hard to get it opaque. Well, now that I think about it, this sunny color is from the Sheer Shimmers collection so it's supposed to be sheer. But every yellow I own, I have to work hard to get them opaque.

 Then because I don't wear yellow often, I decided to Disneyfy it. Please tell me, it's somewhat noticeable that my design is inspired by Flounder.
