Nubar Black Polka Dot

I forgot where I first read about this polish but I knew I had to have it since I never got my hands on WnW Tangled in my Web. I've been desperately  wanting a black glitter and I'm so glad to finally be able to get it. Nubar Black Polka Dot is a clear based glitter topcoat combined of micro black glitter and small hexagonal glitter. There are so many options to layer Black Polka Dot over but I first with the traditional black over white. The white is Sinful Colors Snow me White.
