My nails were simple for 4th of July this year. I wore Wet n Wild French White Creme topped with Sally Hansen Red, White Hue. Maybe next year I'll try something more detailed.

Twinsie Tuesday - skittles
Good morning everyone, I'm sorry my post is over 30 minutes late. Last night the electric went out at 6pm and didn't come back on until 1am. It was horrible because all my electronic devices were dead. There once was a time when the electricity would go out and we'd have something to entertain ourselves with, now we felt lost without our devices and wifi. Anyways....
Today's post is a skittle manicure. I chose to focus on patriotic colors for the upcoming holiday here in the states. I used Sinful Colors Hot Hot Heat, Sally Hansen Pacific Blue and Wet n Wild French White Creme. My glitters are both from Sally Hansen, Beach Ball and Red White Hue. Red White Hue is easier to work with than Beach Ball. Thanks to one of my fellow Twinsies for the idea to sponge the Sally Hansen matte glitters. I know I've seen that tip around but they pointed out that it works wonders for these glitters.

Triple Post! DNAC, OMD and 4th of July nails
Hello all! Happy 4th of July to all my fellow Americans! Today's post is a triple one because it's what is easiest today. I hope that is okay. I will be showing my manis from the two challenges I'm participating in as well as my notd! Let's get started.
Up first, is the Disney nail art challenge and the theme is Monsters Inc. I've been waiting to do this mani because I knew I wanted to do Mike (WnW nerd alert screech) but not sure what else. I attempted to do the logo (Sinful Colors Grecian Sun) on my index, Mike on my middle finger, Sully's tummy (Sally Hansen Blue me Away and China Glaze Spontaneous) on my ring and Marty (Sally Hansen Sunkissed) on my pinkie.
Up next is OMD challenge, the theme for today is black and white. On my index is Hard Candy Sugar Rush. Then on my other three fingers I started out with a base of Spoiled Correction Tape and then attempted to splatter with a straw using Spoiled Visually Slimming. When that didn't work, I dropped on some white, took clear polish and "marbled" it together. I call it, "splatter marble". Just kidding.
Last is my 4th of July notd. As I said in my TT post for this week, I struggle to find something creative to do because there's so much to do with red, white and blue. I used WnW Caught Red Handed, Spoiled Correction Tape and Sinful Colors Endless Blue. The glitter on my ring is the franken I used in Tuesday's post.

Twinsie Tuesday - 4th of July mani
Hello lovelies! Welcome to another Twinsie Tuesday. This week our theme is a 4th of July manicure for all of us Twinsies in the US. Patriotic manicures are only difficult for me because I struggle to find something different to do with red, white and blue. Then when I see other bloggers' patriotic post, I'm like why didn't I think of that?! I'm pretty sure that I got the idea for this mani from a fellow Twinsie or blogger but once again I can't remember who.
So what we have here is a very simple red mani with an accent of white, blue and glitters. I decided to amp it up a little and add glitter on the other nails as well.
I used:
AvonRuby Slippers, 2 coats. (I found this when we moved in our house. Of course, I had to keep it. My 1st Avon polish.
Spoiled Correction Tape, 2 coats.
Wet n Wild Root of all Evil
Homemade franken
Be sure to check out the other Twinsies for their post :)

52 week challenge - week 27 - 4th of July nails
This week's challenge:
I know crackle is outdated for some but to me it's better than chipped nails. These crackles my boyfriend got for me last year for my birthday. When I got them, I wish I had them for 4th of July so of course this year I pulled them out. Nothing too fancy here.
