Twinsie Tuesday - skittles

Good morning everyone, I'm sorry my post is over 30 minutes late. Last night the electric went out at 6pm and didn't come back on until 1am. It was horrible because all my electronic devices were dead. There once was a time when the electricity would go out and we'd have something to entertain ourselves with, now we felt lost without our devices and wifi. Anyways....

Today's post is a skittle manicure. I chose to focus on patriotic colors for the upcoming holiday here in the states. I used Sinful Colors Hot Hot Heat, Sally Hansen Pacific Blue and Wet n Wild French White Creme. My glitters are both from Sally Hansen, Beach Ball and Red White Hue. Red White Hue is easier to work with than Beach Ball. Thanks to one of my fellow Twinsies for the idea to sponge the Sally Hansen matte glitters. I know I've seen that tip around but they pointed out that it works wonders for these glitters.

  1. I've had issues with these glitters too, they are definitely better sponged. Your mani is cute though!!

  2. Its a nice skittle! I like the ring nail combination the most.

  3. The thumb design is my favorite. Happy 4th!

  4. I love patriotic mani's; great look!

  5. I love these! Sorry you had a bad powerless night!
