Different Shades of Blue Autism Awareness - Blue Ruffians

Hello everyone! I'm sorry this post is going up so late. I don't know where my mind was but I swore I wrote this up and scheduled it last night...but turns out I didn't. Today's challenge was to do a blue ruffian. Ruffians are not my favorite but I like how this one turned out.
