Twinsie Tuesday - Vintage Mani

This week's Twinsie Tuesday theme is a vintage mani. I've done this style once before and wasn't too pleased with it. Forties Fashions has a good tutorial of how to do the vintage manicure. Once again, I opted to skip shaping my nails into the almond shape.
I only did two nails, it just looks so odd to me. On the other two nails, I did half moons. I used OPI So Many Clowns, So Little Time and Sally Hansen Coral Reef.

  2. I SO badly wanted to attempt a half moon mani like this, but I know I couldn't even get half as far as you did. Kudos to you! I wonder what their technique "back then" was for pulling it off....and who exactly came up with it?! hahahah xoxo

    1. I don't think half moons look good on me because they look square. I wonder the exact same thing.

  3. This is a really beautiful pink! I like the half moons with the tips painted in better, myself.
