Fall to Winter Nail Art

This post is a tad late, I originally intended to have this posted when Winter officially started in December sort of to say good-bye Fall, hello Winter - but better late than never right? I got the idea to do this nail art as I was driving home from work one day in November admiring the bare trees and leaves blowing in the wind.

Since there are several grey days in the Fall, I started with a base of OPI My Pointe Exactly which is a sheer grey. I believe I only used two light coats just for a touch of grey.
Then I painted on some bare trees with leaves blowing in the wind. I did not write down the polishes I used for the nail art but I know I used Kleancolor Brown for the trees.
For my Winter trees, I started with a base of Dare to Wear ChiChi. I also used 2 coats of this polish.
Then I used Kleancolor Brown again and a white polish to be snow on the trees. This is what most of the trees look like in my state right now.

  1. ChiChi, these are awesome! I love the colours you used (especially for the gorgeous, golden autumn leaves), and your winter trees are so pretty!!

  2. Aw these are gorgeous!!! (My favourite is the winter :D)! Awesome manicures!!

  3. ChiChi, your nail art is just getting better and better!
