Sunday Stamping - Tape and Stamp

This week's Sunday Stamping challenge is tape and stamp, a double challenge for me. I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen Vigorous Violet. Once that was dry, I taped off one finger with scotch tape and stamped with Mash plate 50 and China Glaze Champagne Bubbles, but that didn't show up so I went over it with Wet n Wild Steel the Spotlight.
