NCC - Recreate Turn'd up polka dots

In honor of Nail Challenge Collaborative's 3rd anniversary, we are recreating other member's manicures. Today I chose to recreate Becky's turn'd up polka dots.


 Today I started using Salon Perfect Yowza Yellow and then made my dots using Sinful Colors Real Teal.
