a glitter sammy! I wish I had more jelly polishes (without having to franken) but I don't. I do have Revlon Royal and it is a gorgeous blue jelly. I started my mani with 1 coat of Island Girl Aloha Surf (thanks Mallory!) over my old NOTD. Then I added only 1 coat of Royal. I felt that I couldn't see the glitters very well beneath so I added another coat of Aloha Surf to all but two fingers. And there you have it, my glitter sammy.
