Pink Wednesday - WnW Pom Pom Kelly

My Pink Wednesday is late. I'm trying to make good use of my neons before summer is officially over so I pulled out WnW Pom Pom Kelly even though I used it recently. For my accent nails, I layered on Nubar Black Polka Dot and OPI Piroutte My Whistle. This combo will have to do until I'm able to get Sticks n' Stones.

    I love this combo, ChiChi--it's so bright and cheerful!! I was thinking of doing something similar with the Nubar polka dots, so I'm extra happy to see how awesome they look over neon! ;)
