Nail Challenge Collaborative: Tea Party ( 2 )

My second tea party design is inspired by Mad Tea Party ride at Disney. I based my design off of this tutorial on the Disney blog. It's not an exact match but I like how it turned out. I used two polishes I received in my birthday package from Amanda @ Amandalandish.
